Openwork Galvanized Garden Vessel
An openwork galvanized vessel with a frosted, powder-coated color. The pierced body lets light and stems show through, so it behaves more like a garden lantern or floral cage than a sealed pot.
Drop in a glass jar or a nursery pot if you want soil. Leave it empty and it holds dried stems, kitchen tools, or rolled napkins. The rustic coat is matte, not candy-glossy.
Styling
- Wrap a jar of water inside for fresh cuttings.
- Use on a potting bench for twine, snips, and seed packets.
- Set on a covered porch with a battery lantern inside after dusk.
- Group two colors on a farmhouse sideboard.
Materials & care
Galvanized iron, pierced, then powder-coated in a frosted color. Because of the openwork, it will not hold water on its own. Dry after any wet use. Indoor or covered outdoor placement only if you want the color to stay even.
Finish note
Piercing and color coat can vary slightly. That irregularity is the point of a rustic metal piece.
Ships from our partnered workshop. Color and distressing may vary slightly from photos because each piece is finished by hand.
